Blogging administrators
As a principal at a school you are the only person in that position at the school. Educational leaders can use blogs as a way to collect their thoughts. Reflecting on struggles and finding solutions. A blog can help create a community of other principals that read and comment on your posting. Information and ideas can be shared. It is also a great way to model technology use for your staff as we move towards using new ways for students to reflect on their own learning and share their thoughts.
Such a great idea about modeling the use of te technology for the rest of the staff. That had completely slipped my mind, but it is such a big part. You have to model the actions you want from your teachers.
